MEET Diana Emerson
Community-Driven Leader. Advocate for Baltimore.
Champion for Women.
Diana Emerson is a trusted leader and lifelong advocate for Baltimore City. She lives in the historic Belvedere community and proudly represents District 43A on the Baltimore City Democratic State Central Committee—first appointed in 2021 and then elected in 2022 for the 2023–2026 term. Diana now serves as Vice Chair of the committee.
Recognized for her financial and organizational leadership, Diana was slated by Governor Wes Moore’s team to support the Maryland Democratic Party and elected by the General Body to serve as Deputy Treasurer of the Maryland Democratic Party.
